About Me
As a new graduate - majored in Game Design Specialization - my passion lies in designing simplified modular tools/systems/worlds. I've always had a drive to solve problems & learn new skills, breaking down complex problems into their core components. Many of my skills are self-taught, but the foundations came from my experiences working with others through College & High School.

My top 3 games are :

Portal :
An innovative example of level design & how story serves as an enhancement to the mechanics & gameplay. The first puzzle in the game, a deceptively simple puzzle
( only a pressure plate with a line connecting to a locked door & a box ) teaching players from the start to think outside of the box. -
The Last Of Us :
Narratively inspired world building & played like an interactive movie. One part that stood out to me was the trip to the History museum. Although mostly just a walk through it gave a break from the action, providing backstory & connecting players further with Ellie & Joel - giving them choices along the way making players feel that they have some agency in the story as it unfolds. -
Titanfall 2 :
Fluid movement system coupled with an interesting story, mechanics, & level design. Effect and Cause in particular stood out to me because it introduced a new mechanic into the games already tightly knit system, & beautifully accentuated the mechanic through the level design - providing many emergent situations throughout the level. ​
Outside of Game Design I enjoy spending time with friends & family, discovering new restaurants & places, traveling, photography, & chilling with a cup of coffee & a good book.​
Those who know me well say I'm an overachieving giant.
